PHILLIP SEYMOUR HOFFMAN - I WAS NEVER THE HERO TYPE

Here, in one of his last interviews, Phillip Seymour Hoffman reveals how the character he struggled to watch himself play on screen made him realise that no one can be truly free of the traumas of their past. The actor talks about his life and career and how, even weeks before his death, he was stunned to have forged such a successful career on film and on theatre. Phillip spoke about his pride in never being the classic hero type on screen and how he was looking forward to carrying on his career as one of Hollywood's hardest working actors.
